zy999 is required to verify the identity and age of its users as a condition of its operating licence and as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved.

zy999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or where continued operation of the Account would constitute a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to the interests of other users.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting zy999 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the conditions set out in Section 7. Once an Account is closed, any unclaimed Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
Closure of an Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the effective closure date. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive closure — including Sections 10, 12, 13 and 15 — shall continue in force following Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zy999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including questions regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Users in Pakistan acknowledge that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may apply to their participation and accept sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that gambling on zy999 is lawful in Pakistan.
In the first instance, disputes should be directed to zy999 support via the contact details in Section 17 below. zy999 aims to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, users may be entitled to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as specified by the operator's licence.
zy999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where practically possible, we will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes binding acceptance of those changes.
